Abstract

Clinically applied targeting cancer chemotherapy against gastric and colo-rectal cancer were reviewed. The results of such new treatment was not satisfactory. Especially the results of the treatment against colo-rectal cancer was unsatisfactory and new approaches using drug delivery system should be developed. Some of new preclinical experimental approaches were introduced.
