Femoral neuropathy following major pelvic surgery: etiology and prevention

Abstract

We report a case of femoral neuropathy occurring after radical cystoprostatectomy and continent urinary diversion. Urologists who perform major pelvic surgery need to be familiar with this complication to prevent its occurrence.
