Abstract
Purpose:
To treat a patient with bilateral simultaneous corneal graft rejection after influenza vaccination.
Methods:
The patient received topical, subconjunctival, and systemic corticosteroids.
Results:
The corneal grafts cleared after administration of corticosteroids.
Conclusion:
Ophthalmologists should be aware of the possibility of corneal graft rejection after influenza vaccination.
