Abstract
Twenty cases of multi-primary colorectal carcinoma were treated in the past twenty years. The incidence was 2.09% (20/959). Among them, seven cases had synchronous carcinoma (SC) and thirteen cases metachronous carcinoma (MC). After radical operation, the 5 year survival rate of SC was 100% (4/4), and that of MC 83.3% (10/12).
