Abstract
Toxoplasmosis in patients with AIDS has specific traits, differentiating it from cases occurring in immuno-competent persons. Some features of the parasite, which are important for the clinical outcome of the disease, and the epidemiology, histopathology and clinical picture of toxoplasmosis in conditions of immuno-deficiency are discussed in the paper.
