Abstract
New aryloxyaminoalkanes Ia-f and VI were prepared by O-alkylation of either the appropriate phenols using (R,S)-N-(1-bromo-2-butyl)-phthalimide or in reaction of (R,S)-N-(2-hydroxy-1-butyl)-phthalimide [II] with the use of 4-chloronitrobenzene. The structure of the synthesized compounds was verified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral data. Compounds Ia, Id and Ie were subjected to preliminary pharmacological studies on the circulatory system activity.
