Pacing Clin Electrophysiol. 1997 Apr;20(4 Pt 1):997-8. doi: 10.1111/j.1540-8159.1997.tb05509.x.

Abstract

Cardiovascular syncope can be due to a variety of abnormalities. Often, multiple testing modalities are necessary to obtain an accurate diagnosis. We report on a young female patient with recurrent syncope in whom conventional evaluation was unremarkable. A diagnosis was established by prolonged ambulatory monitoring.
