YURIY SYEROV received a B.S. degree in 2002, an M.S. degree in intelligent decision-making systems in 2003, and a Ph.D. degree in mathematical methods and software of computer systems from the Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine, in 2010. He is currently an associate professor at the Lviv Polytechnic National University. He is the author of more than 165 scientific papers and five books. His research interests include business intelligence and computer science.
