Kunlun Liu is a Professor and Dean of the School of Grain
and Material Reserves at the Henan University of Technology. He is also the
Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Grain Storage and
Transportation. He received a Ph.D. at Nanjing Agricultural University. He
was a visiting scholar at North Carolina State University in 2020. He was
an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of Henan University of Technology. He
won the National Top-Notch Young Talents in Grain Industry, Henan Province
High-Level Talents Special Support “Central Plains Talent Program—Central
Plains Youth Top-Notch Talents” award. He was the winner of the Henan Province Outstanding
Youth Science Fund, Henan Province College Young Backbone Teacher, Henan
Province Teaching Model, Henan Province Civilized Teacher, top ten moral model
of Henan University of Technology. He is a leader of the protein chemistry and
application innovation team and Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Food
Protein Processing Engineering Research Center.
