Dr. Donghui Xu is a researcher at the Institute of Vegetables and
Flowers, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the director of
the Quality Safety and Testing Technology Laboratory of the Institute of
Vegetables and Flowers, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He
mainly researches vegetable product quality, safety and risk assessment,
and nutritional quality evaluation of major vegetables. In the past five
years, he has presided over and participated in more than 20 projects,
including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Major
Project of Vegetable Product Quality and Safety Risk Assessment, the
National Routine Monitoring of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety,
the National Key R&D Program, the Basic Scientific Research Business
Expenses of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the
Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In
addition, he is also the deputy director and secretary general of the
Agricultural Products Geographical Indication Professional Committee of
the China Green Food Association, a member of the National Important
Product Traceability Standardization Expert Group, a member of the
Agricultural Products Nutrition Standards Expert Committee of the
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and a member of the Editorial
Board of "Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products".
