Deok-Hwan Kim received his Ph.D. in computer science from the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2003. He has been a professor at Inha University in South Korea since 2006. His research interests include storage systems, intelligent cloud storage, embedded and real-time systems, blockchain, and biomedical systems. He has authored and presented more than 50 publications in major journals and for international conferences.
