Sebastián Feliu Batlle is Tenured Scientist in CENIM-CSIC. He received his degree in chemistry from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1987 (Extraordinary Degree Award). After that, he was awarded PhD in 1990 by the Complutense University of Madrid. Since 1988 he has been working in CENIM-CSIC where he is a tenured scientist (1995). In this period, he has participated in 17 research projects and has published 79 articles in the Web of Science of Thomson Reuters, 14 articles (not included in the ISI Web of Knowledge), and 8 chapters in books. His articles have a total number of citations of 1894 with an h-index of 22. His previous and current research interests include the study by means of electrochemical methods and surface analysis techniques of the corrosion mechanisms of technological materials.
