The final draft of the voters' list will be published on Aug 30, and objections to the list over the inclusion or exclusion of voters' names have to be registered by August 20.
Pulkundwar said the objections should be backed up by proper proof so they can be disposed of as soon as possible.
“We appeal to political parties to encourage people to register to vote. They are requested to study the draft electoral roll published recently and go through it carefully to register the objections. They should ensure the objections are submitted before August 20,” said Pulkundwar.
