Man shot dead at barber shop, one arrested

Meerut: Mohd Sameer, 25, was shot dead while getting a shave at a barber shop in Lohia Nagar, Meerut, on Sunday around 10.30 am. The suspect, Amiruddin Khan (26), entered with two men, signaled the barber to move, and shot Sameer in the head. Police revealed a dispute over a friendship with a girl. Khan was arrested after sustaining a leg injury in an encounter.An investigation is underway, and the body has been sent for postmortem examination. Rahul Singh
