A notable addition to the support system was the establishment of a dedicated recovery centre within the Games Village, specifically catering to Indian athletes. This facility provided comprehensive assistance for injury rehabilitation throughout the competition.

India's coaching and support staff presence in Paris was significantly larger compared to the Tokyo Paralympics in 2021, with a total of 77 personnel accompanying the athletes, up from 45 in the previous edition.
