When I first started out in recruiting, I felt that every task was urgent. It took me some trial and error to understand prioritization and not every task is an emergency. To effectively manage a team's workload, I would first want to prioritize tasks based on urgency and what needs immediate attention. Second would be to identify strengths from team members and delegate tasks accordingly. Lastly, I’d communicate openly with stakeholders about timelines and progress, setting realistic expectations to alleviate pressure.

Tasks should be audited and segmented and tasks that are high in importance and urgency MUST be done immediately because they are critical to business survival.
Tasks that are not sensitive can be automated by technology like automatic emails responses, online assitance engagement with clients, so more staff can concentrate on handling sensitive tasks that are high priority.
Tasks can be delegated to those with strong capabilities and willingness who are also high in LOC Locus Of Control. These people make things happen in organzations. People low in LOC wait for things to happen.
