If we are facilitating a session, balancing both individual progress & the group cohesion is important. People come to attend the session to gain something. But every individual will have different expectations. Catering to everything is not possible but at least some amount of it has to catered. We can always align the individual learning with team learning & the blend should be done organically. People should feel that the program is tailor made for them. If that is felt, then we can bring the dynamics easily
