The point I would like to start from is that the top fits for everyone And collaboration is rewared This notion would make it so easy for the team to share knowledge together and assist each other to achieve goals Under the core base notion trust will be built, personal agenda will disappear and any act of selfishness will be frowned upon there for knowledge will be shared, operations will be standardized and governed, and excellence will be the trademark of the team as we are applying the principle of abundance as every ome who contribute and make an effort will be rewarded and calibrated And the team lead will make sure that no one deviate from this principle
