It’s also a chance to meet your peers and learn from each other. This is not the usual day of sit-down lectures in a stuffy hotel room. Join us as our VDS Claims Consultants regale us with their real-life Cautionary Tales. Work through some tricky scenarios and learn how to defuse even the most heightened of scenes with our VDS Training team. Worried about mistakes? Where can I park?
If you choose to come by car or mini-bus there are ample parking spacing with priority parking for disabled visitors. The postcode to enter into your sat nav is BL7 0BY.
What is the dress code?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in – casual is fine!
Are refreshments and lunch included?
Yes, in addition to the drinks reception at the end of the day, lunch, snacks and hot and cold drinks will be provided during the day.
How accessible and inclusive is the event/venue?
The Wellbeing Farm is well equipped for disabled visitors and was designed with access for all as a priority. You can find out more information about the building, including lighting, flooring and toilets in their Access Statement. The VDS team are actively working to ensure that every aspect of the event is accessible and neurodiverse-friendly. There will be no obligation to participate in the sessions, and there are plenty of quiet spaces around the main room for breaks and time away from the talks and workshops.
