Soft lighting, an open kitchen and unique handcrafted wood furnishings throughout give the restaurant a warm, contemporary feel. American fare is prepared through roasting, braising, preserving and smoking. The tavern has seasonal menus for breakfast (smoked salmon and scrambled egg whites) brunch, lunch (braised beef rib), dinner (roasted rohan duck breast), dessert and wine.
