Indonesian chicken satay, Mongolian beef tacos, Vietnamese spring rolls, Hong Kong style lettuce wraps, sake mussels and Indian roti flatbread take their cues from the Far East. And that's just the appetizer menu. Dumplings, meat and poultry, seafood, rice and noodle dishes range from Korean beef short ribs to Japanese eggplant.
