Chima Brazilian Steakhouse

Chima Steakhouse originated in Brazil and is named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship. According to legend, traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume almost nothing but beef. The meat was seasoned and placed on skewers then slow cooked over a wood-burning flame. Servers dressed as Gauchos then roam the dining room continuously offering 16 rotisserie meats including prime rib, sirloin, lamb, chicken, sausage and fish. But before diners even start on the meat course, they first have to eat their way though the room-sized salad and soup bar. Torture you're willing to put up with? We thought so.
