From tempting cinnamon rolls and doughnuts to beautifully decorated custom cakes and cookies, Larissa Wilson is so dedicated to producing delicious baked goods that you'd be hard-pressed to detect that everything at her bakery is gluten-free. Wilson has been baking since she was a kid, but it was only after discovering her own severe gluten intolerance that her foray into creating gluten-free goodies started. So she set out to prove that dietary restrictions don't have to mean anything less than delicious, and by the looks of the rave reviews, she's become a resounding success. Not only does Wilson operate a pop-up stall at The Shed in the Dallas Farmers Market every weekend, but you can also find her peddling her tantalizing treats out of a new Mesquite location–Tuesdays through Saturdays. And those cinnamon rolls? Delightfully light, buttery and aromatic. You'll probably want to get there early to snag a few of those, they sell out fast.
