Alvin Leung already has 2 Michelin stars in his Bo Innovation restaurant in Hong Kong. Now he's returning to the UK, where he was born, to add some of his x-treme and self-taught Chinese-style cooking to the busy London restaurant scene. Opened in December 2012, he's famous for twisting our expectations and then adding a bit more spice. This is the kind of place that does molecular cuisine, Chinese style, and has made Leung one of the most talked about chefs on the scene at the moment.
