When you read you only grasp 30% of what your read. If you teach the same or write about it as a content creator, you grasp 100% and also come up with innovative ideas. In my opinion, it is essential for every marketer to contribute via blogs, podcasts, articles to stay sharp. If you can train your juniors, nothing like it. Marketing principles are the same, it is only how we adapt strategies across newer technologies and across verticals which makes it challenging and exciting.
