نبذة عني

I have over 25 years international aviation and travel industry experience with a variety of major aviation companies in various stages of development. I am bi-lingual and can conduct business in German and English, presenting in front of large groups in both languages comes natural to me. I have solid negotiation abilities in purchasing and selling. I possess strong leadership skills developed by leading diverse multicultural teams and delivering both start-up and established business performance. Identification and coaching of talents including own succession planning is a key element of my management understanding. Whilst I am comfortable working on my own, I prefer the challenge of leading teams and motivating groups to deliver. I have experience in working with a variety of clients globally and in multi-cultural environments, and especially have experience in change management in diverse and culturally sensitive situations.
