The driving force behind any organization's growth and success is its employees. As a recruiter, my role is to find the right people who will help my organization achieve its business goals. I focus on the business goals that underpin the hiring needs rather than a checklist of skills.
I keep in mind that people look for roles where they can do what they love, where their work would be valued, and where they can contribute to the greater good. As a recruiter, I pay attention to the interests and aspirations of my candidates. I focus on finding people who love what they do and are keen to better themselves.
Currently, I work with Lucy Group businesses in identifying and attracting talent.
Recruitment chose me, and I embraced it as a profession. When I am not recruiting, you will find me with a book under a tree or walking on the grass.
