Impressive efficacy!

I had one of the best experiences with Carsome. I thought selling a car would be a complicated, time-consuming process, but with Carsome, it happened in less than two hours. I filled out the car selling application form in the app, and within 10 minutes, I received a call and an appointment was fixed.

I went to their inspection center the next day. The inspection took one hour, after which they offered me a selling price. I bargained, they reoffered, and the deal was sealed. I handed in some documents, signed a few forms, submitted my keys, and it was done. The transaction was completed within 72 hours, and their staff kept me informed throughout the process. Whenever I had queries, the staff were responsive, friendly, and well-trained.

Even after everything was finalized, they notified me when the ownership of my old car was officially transferred. If only every company could be this efficient. Well done, Carsome!

Great, Convenient and simple

The apps is great and so convinient to use hope you all will keep that way and not go into chaotic ‘Shopee-like’ interface, just keep the professional look. Maybe can add on sort option on the favorites list. Good job, thank you

Dissapointed with service

I bought a car with carsome. For apps everything is okay. I am disappointed with the service offered. When you want to buy a car, it is difficult to see the car. In the apps it shows it is in the branch, but when I go the car has not arrived yet. Many reasons are given when wanting to see other cars.
Last week the car that I just bought a month ago with carsome couldn't start, I tried to contact the salesman who dealt with me. Unfortunately, the salesman did not respond to the message I gave and did not pick up the phone when I called.
Damaged parts are not covered by warranty. I have to pay for the expensive price to repair the part because the workshop is a panel workshop for warranty.
When I looked in the FAQ section of the apps, there are 2 options for the warranty that covers the gold plan and the platinum plan. When buying a car, I was told that only 3 parts are covered by the warranty, namely the engine, air conditioner and gearbox (gold plan). While the platinum plan that covers more parts is not told.
I am really disappointed with the service from carsome.
