Can’t stay always log in

Why can’t the app stay always log in? Always need to sign in again after close the app. Previously it stays log in but after updated to latest version it became crap and wasting my time to login everytime open the app.

Overall still okay

Been using this app for a while to earn points and some other benefits - So far still consider okay no major issues but just sometimes the stuffs confused me when using coupons to redeem or pay - Some branches say can use the coupon and some say can’t. Please train your stuffs properly.

Bad first time experience using app

Spent almost 1 hour in mynews outlet trying to redeem cash coupon, gave up in the end with RM50 coupon deducted but unsuccessful redemption. Issues:
1. Need to have minimum card balance RM10 in order to use coupon
2. Then told to top up another RM10 when redemption failed
3. Then after card balance now RM20, failed again. Asking to top up to amount of purchase (RM60+)
4. I wanted to pay with cash coupon RM50 then the remaining with cash, but apparently system does not allow it??!
5. To make matters worse, the RM50 cash coupon was shown as redeemed!?!
6. Paid all in cash in the end.
Very disappointed. App is very confusing, with too many features. Very user unfriendly, both for customer & the unfortunate cashier!
