Login issue after register at website
I’m having a problem to login using apps. But when I login using website, nothing problem. It seem like my account doesn’t connect with apps. Please improve ur apps since it is more convenient to show my membership at store.
LOG IN ISSUE
Better to register on the official website. This apps is useless. If register with website, you cant log in with the apps. If you register on the apps, you cant log in at the website. The issue is on the password length. Website required longer password length but the apps, required shorter password. If you register with longer password in website, you can log in on the apps because there is a word limit to key in.
Unable to login through email address
I was register using email address. However, this app only allow login through phone number. Hope this app can update software that allow option to login through email.
