Leo247 is a huge value add to the company by correcting problems in units before they become critical and costly.

Being able to increase tenant satisfaction by solving small preventive issues sooner than later, is amazing... and prevents a laundry list of corrective actions to build up.

Bonus - we get rid of lots of paper as everything can be completed in the pre-populated templates with the capability to attach pictures and sign off and send in for approval!

Best for Due Diligence

Our company has used other products in the past but Leonardo247 has been by far the superior product for due diligence. My Implementation Specialist Melanie Michaels is the best in the business and is available no matter the challenge. Sure there can be connectivity issues sometimes, but what product is perfect? Knowing that I have a team of people led by Melanie and Jillian Curlee who are ready and willing to guide me through those moments makes all the difference in the world! The reporting is top notch and the service is impeccable.

Great for keeping track of assets

This app allows you to have an inventory of your assets and easily know when they need routine maintenance. It’s way better than a spreadsheet many use. Everyone can easily see what needs maintenance and when. This prevents things from slipping through the cracks and saves a lot of money.
