Awesome for engagement.
My new workplace uses Nectar for employee rewards and recognition. I can genuinely say that Nectar has the ability to transform the culture within a company. The constant micro recognition from coworkers has helped me to feel engaged and like I belong on the team. It’s been a night and day difference compared to other platforms that past companies have used. People actually USE Nectar and now I see why! To top it all off, this app is simple and easy to use. Knocked it out of the park.
Recognition and motivation with Nectar is easy and fun!
This was recently rolled out with our company, and it’s been so fun to give out points! I love reading the feed to see what people are sharing about others. It’s a great way to visibly share accomplishments big and small. I love this program, and just wish I had more points to give out each month!!!!

Nectar is such a good tool to boost morale in the work place and help people feel valued and appreciated at work! I love that they have an actual app so it’s really easy to do it all from my phone right when I think of the shoutout or I can be in the store and decide to redeem a gift card. So user friendly!
