Performance Pay is The Future!

We need to shift from employees wanting to trade longer hours for more money, to giving them ownership over their jobs and truly seeing the value of their time. P4P REWARDS more efficient thinking. The more efficient an employee is at completing a job, the more they make. Finally employee and business owner incentives align!

I was an employee on performance pay and it changed my life. The mindset shift that occurs propels your team towards thinking like an owner would, and eventually becoming one. I made the jump and now I have a team who I can now train on performance pay, and watch them follow the same path of self improvement, and learning to value the one resource we can never get back. Time.
