The best digital bank for Latinos in the US!

I love Pana! It's exactly what our community in the United States needed. The application process is super fast, and the interface is easy to navigate. You can pay with Apple Pay or Watch if you don't have your card handy, and it's also super quick to transfer money from PayPal. Plus, the customer service is lightning-fast. I hope this service continues to grow and reaches all Latinos in the country. Great job!

BE AWARE!!

Everything has been working fine with the app since February when I opened my account. However, in May I reported fraud on the account and they asked me for several documents to proceed with the claim, so I sent them everything. At the beginning of June, they told me that my claim was received. On June 14th I received an email saying that my account was credited for the total of the reported transactions. The problem is that as of today I’m unable to access my account because it’s been frozen for more than a month now. I can’t use my funds and of course, I sent emails to PANA customer service and I haven’t received any response yet. I’m very disappointed with the service provided by Pana at this time because it is not fair the long wait for me as a customer who needs to use the funds. Please be aware of this before considering banking with Pana.

FEW CHANGES NEEDED

I love this app so much!!!
But I just wish the cards expiration date was a few more years longer it expires 2 years after having the card :(
I also wish you can add money through a barcode without needed the actual card, and have a higher limit for withdraw and deposits.
I wish it can also add money from a debit card too!
And it needs a fix I wish it would show pending and completed transactions it’s only showing paid transactions. And it’s charging my card overdraft for the completed transactions, as if they were a new purchase which puts my account into negative when I had already got charged for my purchase,
I wish it would show pending and completed
Every transaction just shows
“PAID”
Nothing else :(
I can’t tell what’s pending or not, I even updated the app and still shows paid on all transactions.
I don’t know why.
But otherwise it’s a good app and a great layout!
