Tide Cleaners | Dry Cleaning 4+

I have been a customer for about 9 months. I moved from an area where I had been a customer of a family owned operation for 52 years! I always considered them to be the best cleaners in the country!
After Tides cleaners removed a spot on a St. John’s knit, without me pointing it out, as the my old cleaner had advised it couldn’t be removed. I kept hoping one day a miracle would happen and it did! I put in with my cleaning and forgot to mention the spot but when it was returned I look for and it had been removed from the garment! I was so thrilled that I kept the item and I found a dry cleaner who could preform miracles!

Eventhough this dry cleaner is in the opposite direction of my usual route, it is worth it for me to go here. Our previous dry cleaner changed ownership and it has not been the same, so I am very thankful that the Tide Cleaners is here. The gals at the Centennial location always greet you when you arrive and are very very helpful and cheerful. This is important because if you are not having a good day, just stopping by turns that around immediately. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. Yeah, these hordes of 5-star reviews can’t possibly be real. Look at the language.

Anyway, I’ve tried twice now to place orders for pickup from lockers, (which is about the least intuitive process ever. “Input details on next screen” …and there is no next screen nor reference to what process it’s even a part of.) Both times, the order has just…disappeared. No email, no message of any kind. They just disappeared. Luckily, my clothes didn’t disappear with them. But between the already mediocre reviews of my local Tide Cleaners and issues like this, I’m just sticking to dropping off my dry cleaning and picking it up again from my local dry cleaners. The extra convenience might’ve been worth it on clothes I wasn’t too worried about. But apparently there isn’t extra convenience. Which means there’s no benefit to using them.
