Whistle Express Car Wash 4+

Downloaded the app had to pay 9.99 for it , purchased my membership and it was a really quick easy process . You have control of your membership right in your hands can see your account and account details really easily . I set up it up on my phone went to the wash didn’t have to activate nothing it automatically read my car and I was good to go . This car wash is very organized and has all the tools you need to get your car cleaned the right way . I have the good wash , $20 monthly and it perfect , thanks whistle car wash ✊🏽💯❤️

I am only giving one star because it won’t let you submit a review with zero stars marked. Which is exactly what the terrible App deserves. We joined with a monthly membership at our local Whistle Express and they told us to download the App and “migrate” our membership. Well it doesn’t work. The App says our membership doesn’t exist even though we went back and confirmed all the registration at our local Whistle Express and are being charged our monthly membership fee. We emailed customer service and they have NEVER responded. It’s been over a month. So while we enjoy our new car wash, the App is terrible and does not even work! We are not the only ones to experience this either. We have had several friends join and they are having the exact same problem . The App doesn’t work to migrate their membership and they have received NO response from customer service either.

I love this app! It’s so nice being able to manage my account on here! Thank you for having such an awesome car wash. It’s so nice to great right in and the vacuum area is well supplied with towels and cleaning fluid with bottles that really spray (unlike other places). And believe me, I’ve been to many others here in town. I am an Uber driver so it is so important to maintain a clean car! All the employees are nice and respectful! Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
