YMCA of Southern Arizona 17+

I really enjoy the ability to interact on this app and the features too. It is pretty easy to navigate and user friendly. Overall it’s a great app for being a part of the Y and keeping me in the k with of what’s happening at my local YMCA.

The YMCA provides an excellent way to keep me on an exercise program. 😊 I have only used the app to schedule and cancel exercise classes. So easy to change filters to search in many ways.
Also, the staff at the north YMCA compus are VERY helpful . The staff have gone out of their way to assist me with the following: billing around a cash donation; compost for the gardening club, upcoming events posted and greeting all with a smile. The personal energy at this YMCA is greatly appreciated. I would’ve easily given a 5 star rating, but one area of need is moping all gym floor . As a nurse, many germs through sweat can cause mild to extreme infection. The large gym floors and up the walls around 7 feet get used by members and the community. As well as the other two gyms are used with mats and non mats. What would the cost be to hire a team to clean the gyms weekly on a regular based? Maybe a grant could be written for a machine that one rides to clean a large floors on Sundays or late one night. Thank you YMCA North for what you do to make your home our home too 👏🏽💚💪🏽🩷👍🏽💜👏🏽 😁

A couple weeks ago I was able to check in myself and all of my family members from my app. Now, I can only check in myself. None of my family is in there, and there is no way to add them back in. And the history in the app shows I have not been to the Y at all this year. I was there twice last week. What use is the app if I need to carry cards for all of the children on our membership? All children do not have cell phones and apps!! But hey, this new app update tells me that “Susie” completed a challenge two hours ago and that “Bobby” checked in… I have a whole list of people I don’t know and what they did at the Y in my app. I don’t care about that stuff. I want to use the app for myself and my family. Please get this fixed!!!
