What will you learn in this workshop? This workshop is run over a 4-to-6-week period and covers the following topics: • Overview of Copilot features and benefits: You will learn how Copilot works, what it can do, and how it can help you write documents and reports and create better code faster. • Use case development and determining the optimal teams and departments for Copilot adoption and rollout: You will identify the best use cases for Copilot in your organisation and the most suitable teams and departments to pilot and adopt Copilot. • Content search through Microsoft Purview to assess sensitive data across the customer tenant: You will use Microsoft Purview to scan and discover sensitive data across your Microsoft 365 environment, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Teams. • Sensitivity labelling to protect sensitive data from being revealed through Copilot: You will use sensitivity labels to classify and protect your sensitive data and apply policies to control how Copilot can access and use them. • SharePoint site restrictions and allow list to manage SharePoint sensitive data and prevent oversharing through Copilot: You will use SharePoint site restrictions and allow list to limit the scope of Copilot suggestions and prevent Copilot from exposing sensitive data from SharePoint sites.

What are the outcomes of this workshop? By the end of this workshop, you will have: • A roadmap for Copilot rollout and adoption: You will have a clear plan for how to introduce Copilot to your organisation, how to train and support your users, and how to measure and evaluate the impact of Copilot. • A content search report: You will have a comprehensive report of the sensitive data in your Microsoft 365 environment, including the location, type, and volume of the data. • A SharePoint site restriction and allow list implementation: You will have a set of rules and policies to manage the access and usage of SharePoint data by Copilot and your users.
