Abstract: Using $(2712.4 \pm 14.3) \times 10^6~ψ$(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we search for the hadronic transition $h_c \to π^+π^-J/ψ$ via $ψ(3686)\to π^0 h_c$. No significant signal is observed. Abstract: In this Letter, a systematic study of the weak radiative hyperon decay $Ξ^{0}\toΛγ$ at an electron-positron collider using entangled $Ξ^{0}\barΞ^{0}$ pair events is presented. The absolute branching fraction for this decay has been measured for the first time, and is $\left(1.347 \pm 0.066_{\mathrm stat.}\pm0.054_{\mathrm syst.}\right)\times 10^{-3}$. The decay asymmetry parameter, which characterizes the effect of parity violation in the decay, is determined to be $-0.741 \pm 0.062_{\mathrm stat.}\pm 0.019_{\mathrm syst.}$. The obtained results are consistent with the world average values within the uncertainties, offering valuable insights into the underlying mechanism governing the weak radiative hyperon decays. The charge conjugation parity ($CP$) symmetries of branching fraction and decay asymmetry parameter in the decay are also studied. The study exploits a sample of quantum-correlated $D\bar{D}$ mesons collected by the BESIII experiment in $e^+e^-$ collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773~GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93~fb$^{-1}$. Here, $D$ denotes a neutral charm meson in a superposition of flavor eigenstates. The reported results are valuable for measurements of the $C\!P$-violating phase $γ$ (also denoted $φ_3$) in $B^\pm \to DK^\pm$, $D \to π^+π^-π^+π^-$ decays, and the binning schemes are designed to provide good statistical sensitivity to this parameter. The expected uncertainty on $γ$ arising from the precision of the strong-phase measurements, when applied to very large samples of $B$-meson decays, is around $1.5^\circ$ or $2^\circ$, depending on the binning scheme. The binned strong-phase parameters are combined to give a value of $F_+^{4π} = 0.746 \pm 0.010 \pm 0.004$ for the $C\!P$-even fraction of $D^0 \to π^+π^-π^+π^-$ decays, which is around 30\% more precise than the previous best measurement of this quantity. △ Less

PhysPart: Physically Plausible Part Completion for Interactable Objects

Abstract: Interactable objects are ubiquitous in our daily lives. Recent advances in 3D generative models make it possible to automate the modeling of these objects, benefiting a range of applications from 3D printing to the creation of robot simulation environments. However, while significant progress has been made in modeling 3D shapes and appearances, modeling object physics, particularly for interactabl… ▽ More Interactable objects are ubiquitous in our daily lives. Recent advances in 3D generative models make it possible to automate the modeling of these objects, benefiting a range of applications from 3D printing to the creation of robot simulation environments. However, while significant progress has been made in modeling 3D shapes and appearances, modeling object physics, particularly for interactable objects, remains challenging due to the physical constraints imposed by inter-part motions. In this paper, we tackle the problem of physically plausible part completion for interactable objects, aiming to generate 3D parts that not only fit precisely into the object but also allow smooth part motions. To this end, we propose a diffusion-based part generation model that utilizes geometric conditioning through classifier-free guidance and formulates physical constraints as a set of stability and mobility losses to guide the sampling process. Additionally, we demonstrate the generation of dependent parts, paving the way toward sequential part generation for objects with complex part-whole hierarchies. Experimentally, we introduce a new metric for measuring physical plausibility based on motion success rates. Our model outperforms existing baselines over shape and physical metrics, especially those that do not adequately model physical constraints. We also demonstrate our applications in 3D printing, robot manipulation, and sequential part generation, showing our strength in realistic tasks with the demand for high physical plausibility. △ Less

The objective is to minimize the transmit power by jointly optimizing the beamformers and the MA positions while satisfying the minimum-achievable-rate requirement for each user. We propose a two-loop dynamic neighborhood pruning particle swarm optimization (DNPPSO) algorithm that significantly reduces computational complexity while effectively maintaining the performance of the standard particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. SlotLifter: Slot-guided Feature Lifting for Learning Object-centric Radiance Fields

Such a design unites object-centric learning representations and image-based rendering methods, offering state-of-the-art performance in scene decomposition and novel-view synthesis on four challenging synthetic and four complex real-world datasets, outperforming existing 3D object-centric learning methods by a large margin. Evidence of $η_{c}(2S)\toωω$ is found with a statistical significance of $3.2σ$. The branching fraction is measured to be $\mathcal{B}(η_{c}(2S)\toωω)=(5.65\pm3.77(\rm stat.)\pm5.32(\rm syst.))\times10^{-4}$. No statistically significant signal is observed for the decay $η_{c}(2S)\toωφ$. The upper limit of the branching fraction at the 90\% confidence level is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(ψ(2S)\toγη_{c}(2S),η_{c}(2S)\toωφ)<2.24\times 10^{-7}$. We also update the branching fractions of $χ_{cJ}\to ωω$ and $χ_{cJ}\toωφ$ decays via the $ψ(2S)\toγχ_{cJ}$ transition. The branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c0}\toωω)=(10.63\pm0.11\pm0.46)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c1}\toωω)=(6.39\pm0.07\pm0.29)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c2}\toωω)=(8.50\pm0.08\pm0.38)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c0}\toωφ)=(1.18\pm0.03\pm0.05)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c1}\toωφ)=(2.03\pm0.15\pm0.12)\times 10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(χ_{c2}\toωφ)=(9.37\pm1.07\pm0.59)\times 10^{-6}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. △ Less

Optimal Strategy for Stabilizing Protein Folding Intermediates

It not only plays a key role in protein structure analysis and protein folding kinetics, but also affects protein functionality to a large extent and thus has wide applications in medicine, food industry, etc. However, due to concerns about side effects or financial costs of stabilizers, identifying optimal strategies for enhancing protein stability with a minimal amount of stabilizers is of great importance. Here we prove that either for the fixed terminal time (including both finite and infinite cases) or the free one, the optimal control strategy for stabilizing the folding intermediates with a linear strategy for stabilizer addition belongs to the class of Bang-Bang controls. The corresponding optimal switching time is derived analytically, whose phase diagram with respect to several key parameters is explored in detail. The Bang-Bang control will be broken when nonlinear strategies for stabilizer addition are adopted. Our current study on optimal strategies for protein stabilizers not only offers deep insights into the general picture of protein folding kinetics, but also provides valuable theoretical guidance on treatments for protein-related diseases in medicine. △ Less

Based on a… ▽ More The branching fraction of $D^+\to K_{S}^{0} π^{0}e^+ν_e$ is measured for the first time using $7.93~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected at the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=3.773$~GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, and is determined to be ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to K_S^0π^0e^+ν_e$) = $(0.881~\pm~0.017_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.016_{\rm syst.})$\%. Based on an analysis of the $D^+\to K_S^0π^0e^+ν_e$ decay dynamics, we observe the $S\text{-}{\rm wave}$ and $P$-wave components with fractions of $f_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}$ = $(6.13~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm ~0.30_{\rm syst.})\%$ and $f_{\bar K^{*}(892)^0}$ = $(93.88~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.29_{\rm syst.})$\%, respectively. From these results, we obtain the branching fractions ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to (K_S^0π^0)_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}~e^+ν_e$) = $(5.41~\pm~0.35_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.37_{\rm syst.})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to \bar K^{*}(892)^0e^+ν_e$) = $(4.97~\pm~0.11_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.12_{\rm syst.})$\%. In addition, the hadronic form-factor ratios of $D^{+} \to \bar {K}^{*}(892)^0e^+ν_e$ at $q^2=0$, assuming a single-pole dominance parameterization, are determined to be $r_V=\frac{V(0)}{A_1(0)}= 1.43~\pm~0.07_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.03_{\rm syst.}$ and $r_2=\frac{A_2(0)}{A_1(0)}=0.72~\pm~0.06_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.02_{\rm syst.}$. △ Less

Task-oriented Sequential Grounding in 3D Scenes

Abstract: Grounding natural language in physical 3D environments is essential for the advancement of embodied artificial intelligence. Current datasets and models for 3D visual grounding predominantly focus on identifying and localizing objects from static, object-centric descriptions. These approaches do not adequately address the dynamic and sequential nature of task-oriented grounding necessary for pract… ▽ More Grounding natural language in physical 3D environments is essential for the advancement of embodied artificial intelligence. Current datasets and models for 3D visual grounding predominantly focus on identifying and localizing objects from static, object-centric descriptions. These approaches do not adequately address the dynamic and sequential nature of task-oriented grounding necessary for practical applications. In this work, we propose a new task: Task-oriented Sequential Grounding in 3D scenes, wherein an agent must follow detailed step-by-step instructions to complete daily activities by locating a sequence of target objects in indoor scenes. To facilitate this task, we introduce SG3D, a large-scale dataset containing 22,346 tasks with 112,236 steps across 4,895 real-world 3D scenes. The dataset is constructed using a combination of RGB-D scans from various 3D scene datasets and an automated task generation pipeline, followed by human verification for quality assurance. We adapted three state-of-the-art 3D visual grounding models to the sequential grounding task and evaluated their performance on SG3D. Our results reveal that while these models perform well on traditional benchmarks, they face significant challenges with task-oriented sequential grounding, underscoring the need for further research in this area. △ Less

The product of the branching fractions of $ψ(3686) \to γη_{c}(2S)$ and $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-} η$ is measured to be $\mathcal{B}(ψ(3686) \toγη_{c}(2S))\times \mathcal{B}(η_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}η)=(2.39 \pm 0.32 \pm 0.34) \times 10^{-6}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical, and the second one is systematic. The branching fraction of $η_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}η$ is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(η_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}η) = (3.42 \pm 0.46 \pm 0.48 \pm 2.44) \times 10^{-3}$, where the third uncertainty is due to the branching fraction of $ψ(3686) \to γη_{c}(2S)$. Using a recent BESIII measurement of $\mathcal{B} (η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}π^{0})$, we also determine the ratio between the branching fractions of $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}η$ and $η_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}π^{0}$ to be $1.49 \pm 0.22 \pm 0.25$, which is consistent with the previous result of BaBar at a comparable precision level. △ Less

The decay $D^0\to b_1(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e}$ is observed with a significance of 5.2$σ$ after considering systematic uncertainty, while evidence for the decay $D^+\to b_1(1235)^0 e^+ν_e$ is obtained with a 3.1$σ$ significance. The product branching fractions are determined to be ${\mathcal B}(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^-\to ωπ^-) = (0.72\pm0.18^{+0.06}_{-0.08})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}ν_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^0~\to ωπ^0) = (1.16\pm0.44\pm0.16)\times10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The ratio of their partial decay widths is determined to be $\frac{Γ(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}ν_{e})}{2Γ(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}ν_{e})}=0.78\pm0.19^{+0.04}_{-0.05}$, which is consistent with unity, predicted by isospin invariance, within uncertainties. △ Less

Bilingual Adaptation of Monolingual Foundation Models

Abstract: We present an efficient method for adapting a monolingual Large Language Model (LLM) to another language, addressing challenges of catastrophic forgetting and tokenizer limitations. We focus this study on adapting Llama 2 to Arabic. By continually pre-training on a mix of Arabic and English corpora, the model retains its proficiency in English while acquiring capabilities in Arabic. Our approach results in significant improvements in Arabic and slight enhancements in English, demonstrating cost-effective cross-lingual transfer. We perform ablations on embedding initialization techniques, data mix ratios, and learning rates and release a detailed training recipe. To demonstrate generalizability of this approach we also adapted Llama 3 8B to Arabic and Llama 2 13B to Hindi. △ Less

Here the third (external) systematic is from $\mathcal{B}(Λ_{c}^{+} \to Λπ^+ η)$. Taking the value of $|V_{cs}|$ from a global fit in the Standard Model, we obtain ${f_{D^+_s}}=(252.8\pm6.0_{\rm stat}\pm3.7_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{μν}$ MeV and ${f_{D^+_s}}=(259.2\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{τν}$ MeV, respectively. Conversely, taking the value for $f_{D_s^+}$ from the latest lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we obtain $|V_{cs}| =(0.986\pm0.023_{\rm stat}\pm0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{μν}$ and $|V_{cs}| = (1.011\pm0.014_{\rm stat}\pm0.018_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{τν}$, respectively. △ Less

To simultaneously protect uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) transmissions and ensure efficient use of time-frequency resources, we consider a base station (BS) that operates in FD mode and enables to emit the artificial noise (AN). Conventional fixed-position antennas (FPAs) at the BS struggle to fully exploit spatial degrees of freedom (DoFs). Therefore, we propose a new paradigm for secure FD multi-user systems, where multiple transmit and receive movable antennas (MAs) are deployed at the BS to serve UL and DL users and effectively counter the cooperative interception by multiple eavesdroppers (Eves). Specifically, the MA positions, the transmit, receive, and AN beamformers at the BS, and the UL powers are jointly optimized to maximize the sum of secrecy rates (SSR). To solve the challenging non-convex optimization problem with highly coupled variables, we propose an alternating optimization (AO) algorithm. This algorithm decomposes the original problem into three sub-problems, which are iteratively solved by the proposed multi-velocity particle swarm optimization (MVPSO) and successive convex approximation (SCA). Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme for MA-aided secure FD multi-user systems can significantly enhance security performance compared to conventional FPA systems. △ Less

In this paper, we propose SRPose, a sparse keypoint-based framework for two-view relative pose estimation in camera-to-world and object-to-camera scenarios. SRPose consists of a sparse keypoint detector, an intrinsic-calibration position encoder, and promptable prior knowledge-guided attention layers. Given two RGB images of a fixed scene or a moving object, SRPose estimates the relative camera or 6D object pose transformation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SRPose achieves competitive or superior performance compared to state-of-the-art methods in terms of accuracy and speed, showing generalizability to both scenarios. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be… ▽ More The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ processes are studied using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies from 4.530 to 4.946~GeV. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be $(35.9\pm 4.8\pm 3.5)\%$ and $(37.4\pm 3.1\pm 4.6)\%$, respectively. The measurements are in tension with predictions based on the assumption that the $D_{s1}(2536)$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)$ are dominated by a bare $c\bar{s}$ component. The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ cross sections are measured, and a resonant structure at around 4.6~GeV with a width of 50~MeV is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of $15σ$ in the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ process. It could be the $Y(4626)$ found by the Belle collaboration in the $D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^{-}$ final state, since they have similar masses and widths. Both results are compatible within their uncorrelated systematic uncertainties. The combined result is $\mathcal{B}(J/ψ\to p \bar{p} η)=(1.495 \pm 0.001 \pm 0.023)\times\,10^{-3}$ where the first uncertainty is the combined statistical uncertainty and the second one the combined systematic uncertainty of both analyses, incorporating correlations between them. The $D_s^+\to K^0$ hadronic form factor is determined from the differential decay rate of $D^+_s\to K^0 e^+ν_e$ to be $f^{K^0}_+(0)=0.636\pm0.049\pm0.013$. For both measurements, the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. Here, we propose a new theory of lattice energy reservoir (LER) in halide perovskites and elucidate that LER can comprehensively impact charge carrier dynamics and thus enhance device performance, from hot carrier cooling, carrier recombination, anomalous upconversion fluorescence, illumination induced fluorescence enhancement (photobrightening), to high efficiency solar cells and light-emitting diodes. An LER is a dynamic nanodomain in halide perovskites with suppressed thermal transport that can accumulate energy from phonon coupling and then feedback to subgap carriers and result in subgap carrier upconversion. The LER directly results in slowed cooling of hot carriers and significantly prolonged carrier recombination, anomalous upconversion fluorescence, as usually termed as defect tolerance, as well as the anomalous ultraslow phenomena including persistent polarization, memory effect, and photobrightening. The LER theory rationalizes the superior optoelectronic properties and device performance and provides a novel physical understanding for anomalous phenomena observed uniquely in halide perovskites. △ Less

We introduce a novel multimodal OEI (MOEI) task, integrating text and speech to mirror real-world scenarios. Utilizing CMU MOSEI and IEMOCAP datasets, we construct the CI-MOEI dataset. Additionally, Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology is applied to the MPQA dataset to obtain the CIM-OEI dataset. We design a template for the OEI task to take full advantage of the generative power of large language models (LLMs). Advancing further, we propose an LLM-driven method STOEI, which combines speech and text modal to identify opinion expressions. Our experiments demonstrate that MOEI significantly improves the performance while our method outperforms existing methods by 9.20\% and obtains SOTA results. △ Less

These two input modalities contain both invariant information, such as shape, and modality-specific details, such as color. An ideal model should utilize valuable information from both modalities during training for enhanced representational capability. However, the gap caused by modality-specific information poses substantial challenges for the VI ReID model to handle distinct modality inputs simultaneously. To address this, we introduce the Modality-aware and Instance-aware Visual Prompts (MIP) network in our work, designed to effectively utilize both invariant and specific information for identification. Specifically, our MIP model is built on the transformer architecture. In this model, we have designed a series of modality-specific prompts, which could enable our model to adapt to and make use of the specific information inherent in different modality inputs, thereby reducing the interference caused by the modality gap and achieving better identification. Besides, we also employ each pedestrian feature to construct a group of instance-specific prompts. These customized prompts are responsible for guiding our model to adapt to each pedestrian instance dynamically, thereby capturing identity-level discriminative clues for identification. Through extensive experiments on SYSU-MM01 and RegDB datasets, the effectiveness of both our designed modules is evaluated. Abstract: Using a sample of $(10087\pm 44)\times10^{6}$ $J/ψ$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we search for the decay $X(1870)\to K^+ K^-η$ via the $J/ψ\to ωK^+ K^- η$ process for the first time. No significant $X(1870)$ signal is observed. Abstract: Based on $2.7 \times 10^9~ψ(3686)$ decays collected with the BESIII detector, the radiative decay $ψ(3686)\to\gamma2(π^{+}π^{-})η$ is investigated to measure properties of S- and P-wave charmonium states. The branching fraction of the decay $η_{c}(1S) \to 2(π^{+}π^{-})η$, which is found to have a strong dependence on the interference pattern between $η_c(1S)$ and non-$η_c(1S)$ processes, is measur… ▽ More Based on $2.7 \times 10^9~ψ(3686)$ decays collected with the BESIII detector, the radiative decay $ψ(3686)\to\gamma2(π^{+}π^{-})η$ is investigated to measure properties of S- and P-wave charmonium states. The branching fraction of the decay $η_{c}(1S) \to 2(π^{+}π^{-})η$, which is found to have a strong dependence on the interference pattern between $η_c(1S)$ and non-$η_c(1S)$ processes, is measured in both destructive and constructive interference scenarios for the first time. The mass and width of the $η_{c}(1S)$ are measured to be $M=(2984.14 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.38)$ MeV/$c^{2}$ and $Γ=(28.82 \pm 0.11 \pm 0.82)$ MeV, respectively. Clear signals for the decays of the $χ_{cJ}(J=0,1,2)$ and the $η_{c}(2S)$ to $2(π^{+}π^{-})η$ are also observed for the first time, and the corresponding branching fractions are measured. The ratio of the branching fractions between the $η_{c}(2S)$ and $η_{c}(1S)$ decays is significantly lower than the theoretical prediction, which might suggest different dynamics in their decays. △ Less

Abstract: Based on $(2712.4\pm 14.3)\times10^{6}$ $ψ(3686)$ events, we investigate four hadronic decay modes of the $P$-wave charmonium spin-singlet state $h_c(^1P_1) \to h^+ h^- π^0/η$ ($h=π$ or $K$) via the process $ψ(3686) \to π^{0}h_c$ at BESIII. The $h_c \to π^+ π^- π^0$ decay is observed with a significance of 9.6$σ$ after taking into account systematic uncertainties. The hadronic transition form factors $D^+_s\to ηe^+ν_e$, $D^+_s\to η^\prime e^+ν_e$, and $D^+_s\to K^0 e^+ν_e$ at four-momentum transfer squared $q^2$ = 0 are determined to be $f^η_+(0) = 0.482 \pm 0.011_{\rm stat} \pm 0.009_{\rm syst}\pm0.004_{\rm input},$ $f^{η^{\prime}}_+(0) = 0.562 \pm 0.031_{\rm stat} \pm 0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input},$ and $f^{K^0}_+(0) = 0.624 \pm 0.052_{\rm stat} \pm 0.013_{\rm syst}\pm0.002_{\rm input}.$ △ Less

The decay $h_{c}\rightarrowγη$ is observed for the first time with the significance of $9.0\,σ$, and the branching fraction is determined to be $(3.77\pm0.55\pm0.13\pm0.26)\times10^{-4}$, while… ▽ More The processes $h_c\toγP(P = η^\prime,~η,~π^0)$ are studied with a sample of $(27.12\pm0.14)\times10^{8}$ $ψ(3686)$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The decay $h_{c}\rightarrowγη$ is observed for the first time with the significance of $9.0\,σ$, and the branching fraction is determined to be $(3.77\pm0.55\pm0.13\pm0.26)\times10^{-4}$, while $\mathscr{B}(h_{c}\rightarrowγη^\prime)$ is measured to be $(1.40\pm0.11\pm0.04\pm0.10)\times10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical, the second systematic, and the third from the branching fraction of $ψ(3686)\rightarrowπ^{0}h_c$. The combination of these results allows for a precise determination of $R_{h_c}=\frac{\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrowγη)}{\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrowγη^\prime)}$, which is calculated to be $(27.0\pm4.4\pm1.0)\%$. The results are valuable for gaining a deeper understanding of $η-η^\prime$ mixing, and its manifestation within quantum chromodynamics. No significant signal is found for the decay $h_c\rightarrowγπ^{0}$, and an upper limit is placed on its branching fraction of $\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrowγπ^{0})<5.0\times10^{-5}$, at the 90$\%$ confidence level. △ Less

Unifying 3D Vision-Language Understanding via Promptable Queries

In this paper, we introduce PQ3D, a unified m… ▽ More A unified model for 3D vision-language (3D-VL) understanding is expected to take various scene representations and perform a wide range of tasks in a 3D scene. However, a considerable gap exists between existing methods and such a unified model, due to the independent application of representation and insufficient exploration of 3D multi-task training. In this paper, we introduce PQ3D, a unified model capable of using Promptable Queries to tackle a wide range of 3D-VL tasks, from low-level instance segmentation to high-level reasoning and planning. This is achieved through three key innovations: (1) unifying various 3D scene representations (i.e., voxels, point clouds, multi-view images) into a shared 3D coordinate space by segment-level grouping, (2) an attention-based query decoder for task-specific information retrieval guided by prompts, and (3) universal output heads for different tasks to support multi-task training. Tested across ten diverse 3D-VL datasets, PQ3D demonstrates impressive performance on these tasks, setting new records on most benchmarks. Particularly, PQ3D improves the state-of-the-art on ScanNet200 by 4.9% (AP25), ScanRefer by 5.4% ([email protected]), Multi3DRefer by 11.7% ([email protected]), and Scan2Cap by 13.4% ([email protected]).
