Research reported greater flexibility, happier and healthier employees, and reduced sick leave among the positive outcomes so far. ahm’s Senior Executive Sally Haydon spoke at the Digital Health Festival this week about ahm’s experience with the four-day work week trial. Sally said the team has been focused on challenging the way they work, including unnecessary meetings and bureaucracy, to unlock time. For Sally personally, this has meant greater flexibility and time to spend with her family. A dual brand project team consisting of over 80 people from across ahm Health Insurance and Medibank, joined forces with NEOS Direct and Integrity Life Australia to introduce ground-breaking technology innovations that revolutionise the life insurance purchasing journey. Together, the team’s goal was to disrupt the life insurance market, so this is one to celebrate big!
