Our sustainable design initiatives included planning for longevity, dematerialisation, energy and water efficiencies and onsite energy generation. In addition, biophilic design, waste minimisation and prioritisation of local materials with an emphasis on nontoxic, renewable and recyclable products were key to the approach.
