Earlee Products has a tradition on the last day of the financial year, where we celebrated EARLEE DAY. This event gives us the opportunity to recognise those staff who are voted by their colleagues for outstanding contribution to the company and the values we uphold. Congratulations to the first recipients.  Jeremy Rowe is a team member in our Warehouse & Distribution Department and was awarded “Above & Beyond Award”. This award is for the team member who shows the most initiative and desire to go above and beyond the outline of their duties and exemplifies the phrase “Team Player”. Last night our Research & Development Team were rewarded with a dinner which was to celebrate the upcoming launch of a new product.   The product has progressed from R&D trials to large scale production and will be on the supermarket shelves very soon. Meet our team member, Juju Chen. Juju is one of our team members who for the past three years has been a Food Technologist within our Product & Development Department.  Juju has shown a tenacious approach to product development and unwavering curiosity in finding solutions. She was recently a finalist in FIAQ’s Award for Food Development & Innovation Champion for 2023, additionally this also coincided with her new work title of Senior Food Technologist. Juju is on the constant lookout for new flavours and trends in the food industry. Earlee Products and our staff were busy donating to making a difference with "Back to School" items during the month of December. Our team gave generously towards 'The Pyjama Foundation" to support this organisation who aims to break the cycle of disadvantage children.
