The team have loved bringing The Voice 2024 to life with Seven Network partnering with The Brag Media & Rolling Stone Australia & New Zealand. With three new coaches in 2024, it was important to set up a new media platform in 'Discover The Voice'. Congrats to this year's graduates of The Management Essentials Program from The Hummingbirds Company! 🎉 😁 This program was lead by Maree McDonough & Linda Robson and those who participated were a mix of those within iProspect Australia & Carat Australia. The program covered multiple topics which include: conflict resolution, identifying different styles, influencing others and much more. These topics were covered in such depth and it was a pleasure to have Maree McDonough & Linda Robson running the course.

iProspect is happy to announce our Q2 2024 Superstar Award winners – Sarah Muscari from our Melbourne team and Luke Amasi from our Sydney team. Their nominations were: Sarah has been an absolute trooper keeping the wheels turning on the content team while they were without a manager. She has kept the teams spirits high, the work consistently awesome, and allowed her team to step and grow in the editing space. Sarah leads with love and empathy always and mentors her team so well.   Agencies are only as good as the people inside them and it's people like Luke who remind us everyday that no matter how stressed you are or how much work you've got on your plate, there is always time to make someone laugh, to offer help to another colleague or to add to culture by killing the office with his dad jokes. He is always locked in and his passion is contagious. Only 4 months into the year and he'd already lead and dominated on his first media pitch. Right after that he's bringing a MOOD tea briefing to life in less than a week. It's been 1 week since our iPro Melbourne team hosted the iPrOlympics. Six countries took the stage at Barkly Gardens with nothing to lose and everything to prove. In 2024 with three new superstar coaches we worked with the client on developing new ways to introduce audiences to a refreshed coaching panel. Partnering with Rolling Stone Australia & New Zealand gave the brand access to heartland music lovers, enabling audiences to 'discover The Voice'.
