Last week, we celebrated the end of the financial year with a team lunch. We invited our remote staff and those on maternity leave, giving everyone a chance to reconnect. After lunch, we had some friendly competition with team bowling and laser tag. Shoutout to the red team who took the win! This event was all about celebrating our EOFY achievements, fostering teamwork, and connecting in person. #MoveWithUs #TeamBuilding #EmployeeEngagement

💫 Celebrating our Employee of the Quarter 💫 As we wrapped up the end of the financial year, we were thrilled to announce our Employee of the Quarter for Q4. Congratulations to Jessica Cook! In just three months with MWU, Jess has exemplified our core value of "Growth Mindset, Always." She has hit the ground running, quickly getting up to speed on the business and consistently taking the initiative to enhance and create new processes. Her dedication and drive does not go unnoticed. We are excited to see what else Jess will accomplish with MWU!

We are so proud of Coach Emma and her brand new 6-Week Define Program 🩷 Coach Emma Dillon has created this Program to empower women to unlock their potential and define what they’re truly capable of. It has been amazing watching Emma work with the Move With Us Team to curate a Program that combines the best of resistance training, Pilates-inspired movements, and running. Define is all about stepping out of your comfort zone to challenge both your body and mind. It's not just about physical transformation; it's about unlocking the mental strength you never knew you had and we are so excited for our community to try it.

That’s a wrap on our 2024 Retreat! 🤍 Last week was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. We feel so grateful to have shared this unforgettable experience with our incredible community. From the early wake ups to training hard and pushing past your limits, to enjoying the incredible food, and most of all connecting with strong, like-minded women from around the world. We truly couldn’t be more proud to be part of such a special community! A big thank you to the MWU Team, Journey Retreats Team and Komune Bali for making it happen! ☀️

We took the team to The Breath Haus in Burleigh to finish off a busy week with some breathwork. In the hustle and bustle of work, it's easy to forget the importance of taking a moment to breathe deeply and move into a calm state. Our session was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing us to quiet our busy minds and release body tension. Thank you to the Burleigh Team for having us!

🌟 Team Workouts at MWU 🌟 Last month, our Product & Program Lead, Tempany, guided the team through a Project You Challenge workout. Making full use of our onsite gym, we put a Project You workout to the test. With each team member having different levels of gym experience, this was the perfect opportunity to bring it back to basics, build confidence in the gym, and train together. We are excited for the Project You Challenge to start on June 24th. #MoveWithUs #TeamWorkout

Discover a new way to move with our Wellness Educator and Yoga Coach, Ana 🧘♀️✨ We are so excited to expand the On-Demand section of the Move With Us App and bring this highly requested training style to our community. Ana's passion for wellness and more specifically Yoga, stems from her personal journey through fertility and healing. Now, she is dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their well-being, lead purposeful lives, and embrace mindful living. We can't wait to continue working with Ana, the journey has only just begun.

⭐ Celebrating Employee of the Quarter ⭐ At Move With Us, we utilise Employment Hero to recognise our team by nominating for Employee of the Quarter. This gives the entire team the opportunity to appreciate those around them throughout each quarter. In Q3, both Charlotte Skinner and Georgia Humphreys from our Design Team were nominated numerous times, so we simply could not choose between them and crowned them Employees of the Quarter! The Design Team consistently displays characteristics from our company value 'We are a movement. We don't stop.' They are committed to continuous progress and growth, embrace change, and maintain a forward-thinking mindset. The girls can often be seen working behind the scenes, juggling numerous tasks while maintaining an incredible quality of design.
