We are still on a high from last night’s Australian Defence Industry Awards! We are excited to announce that Biodiversity Australia took out the Estate and Infrastructure Buisness of the Year! The achievement speaks for itself and not to mention how proud we are of our BA Team for their commitment, dedication and passion.

Such a proud moment for Biodiversity Australia. What a testament to the team and the amazing work we have achieved with Defence over the past 15 years.

The time is near for us to shine those shoes and fix those ties! Steve Noy and his Senior Management team head to Canberra for the Australian Defence Industry Awards 2024! Our Indigenous Engagement Policy and the Indigenous Pathways Model—a training and employment program—are testaments to this commitment. By incorporating traditional knowledge into our environmental management practices, we create tangible opportunities for Indigenous individuals and strengthen our workforce.   Steve's leadership philosophy embodies diversity, inclusion, and innovation. His active involvement in Indigenous advocacy and innovation groups drives environmental and Indigenous participation outcomes on a global scale.
