ACCI representatives Andrew McKellar David Alexander Peter Grist at the Senate Economics Committee on the Future Made in Australia Bill. The proposed legislation provides a framework for new investments supporting the decarbonisation of the Australian economy and supply-chain security objectives. ACCI has urged that the legislation be amended to put in place additional safeguards to ensure the national interest is served and that there is rigorous independent evaluation of all proposals for support.
