With a career spanning 25 years in technology, marketing and innovation practice, I thrive on change, growth exploration and ambiguity.

I'm always probing to see if there is a better way, for the client and of course the employee, good EX leads to good CX and profits flow from there.

I spent 11 years driving innovation through R&D collaboration between industry and 9 universities by combining computer, data and social sciences to solve problems.

Over 5 years managing Fairfax Media (CRC Participant), innovative revenue generating projects helped people choose a car and find love. With Austin Health I helped to save lives, with NSW Dept of Education explore spatial solutions for distance learning and across our cultural sector the innovation challenges and opportunities for Australia's Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums (GLAM sector).

For many years I ran my own venture, Heads of Innovation, to bring together senior leaders across the corporate and start-up ecosystem to share experiences, learn from each other, and most importantly, help each other and improve conditions for start-ups.

I'm proud of the network I've built, the connections I've enabled and to be part of this community. I've mentored a number of start-up founders over the years and introduced many people, new to Sydney, to my network.

I'm an equal split between creative thinking and logic which means I spend a lot of time imagining who would benefit from knowing who and making it happen. I'm a connector that helps others to build their social capital, it's in my DNA.

    An intimate affair of approximately 20 people, the Innovation Forum is designed to bring together a diversity of creative thinkers who can share their experiences, learn from each other’s experiments and inspire new ideas. The format is designed to encourage around the table conversation in an open environment under Chatham House Rule .

    Topics to kick off the discussion at each forum are determined by guest speakers who share their stories for 10 mins before others around the table join…

The Forum is informal and the stories are those of each individual attending and their journey as an innovator and business transformer.

    The hope is this Forum will bring new learning and insights, demonstrate the value of mixing it up across industry sectors and create new connections for those that attend.

    This is an invitation only event for senior level executives responsible for innovation and business transformation. Places are limited to the capacity of each host ideally with no more than two from the same organisation to ensure diversity.
