I am an effective communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively within a senior management team. I remain committed to developing skilled and motivated teams who are able to take ownership and work together to increase efficiencies and client stakeholder satisfaction. I am currently doing my PhD part-time @ Deakin University, School of Information Technology and my research topic is “Protect Media devices "Stability" and "Reliability" from device software updates” focus around an invention I did while working for Telstra.
