As the CEO of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation, Australia’s packaging co-regulator, I lead the charge in partnering with governments and industry to enhance the environmental performance of our packaging system and reshape the regulations that support it. My career is marked by driving change in complex environments, with deep expertise across sustainability, corporate affairs, product stewardship, emissions reduction and circular economy.
I have improved the environmental and economic sustainability of operations, packaging, products, and supply chains for leading brands such as Kmart, Target, and Anko across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and North America.
My achievements have been built on a foundation of strategy, pragmatism and systems thinking and an ability to foster productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
