Hi there! I'm Jamie, a Partner at Humanly Agile - a business design practice that helps senior executives like yourself bridge the gap between strategy design and execution. With over 27 years of experience in business transformation, I'm highly passionate about the future of work and the power of organisational design and enterprise agility to drive success.
I've been fortunate to have held some exciting roles in the past, including CEO of realestate.com.au, Vice President at salesforce.com, and Partner at Deloitte Digital. My areas of expertise include organizational design, enterprise agility, people strategy, and change management. I'm also a Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
In addition to my work at Humanly Agile, I also serve as a Non-Executive Director on the board of CHOICE. I'm also Chief Entrepreneur In Residence at Western Sydney University, and the author of the popular business book "Unicorn Tears: Why Startups Fail & How To Avoid It." My next book, "Failure Proof: Thriving In The Modern Workplace" is expected to be published in 2024. In 2023 I was privileged to be voted one of Australia's top 10 startup mentors
